IMPORT/CUSTOM FEES

  • USA orders are charged duties at checkout due to tariffs placed by Trump :(
  • We are not responsible for countries outside of the Canada charging import/custom fees. That is completely out of our control.

SHIPPING

  • All Canada orders will be shipped within approximately one week. For international orders, shipping times will vary by country.
  • Estimated delivery times (after processing):
    • Canada: 2–8 business days
    • International: 5–22 business days (varies by location)
  • Orders ship out after a 3–5 business day processing period. This is the time we need to prepare your order before it's handed off to the shipping carrier.
  • Pre-order items have an extended processing time of 5–8 weeks before shipping. Pre-order items will be labeled, if it's not mentioned then it is premade and there is no extended wait period.

REFUNDS / EXCHANGES

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
  • All sales are final. We only accept returns or offer replacements for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

  • Not eligible for return: 

    • Wrong size or fit selected by the customer
    • Wrong or incomplete delivery address entered at checkout

     

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at support@kiramisa.ca with your order number and the reason for the return request. Once we review and approve the request, we will send you return instructions.
  • Customers are responsible for following the return instructions. Once we receive the returned item, we will process a refund for the original order.
  • Please note: we do not offer exchanges. 
  • We have a two-week return policy. If you do not contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, we cannot accept your return request.

SHIPPING PROVIDER

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays or issues caused by the carrier.
  • If a customer provides an incorrect or invalid shipping address, we cannot intervene once the order is submitted. The shipping information is provided directly by the customer at checkout.
  • Refunds will exclude the original shipping fee. Shipping charges (typically $6–$8) are non-refundable.
